Arihant's is quite good especially the questions...but the only drawback is that it has some mistakes which you can rectify...if you want to go deep into the subject read morrison and byod and even Jagadamba Singh's book of Organic is very good

in chemistry today(mtg) there is a section by Dr.Mukul Ray(Make the Mechanism).Solve qsnt of these from previous1-2 yrs issue.It contains a concise theory and good questions.Alongwith you can solve YG series of brilliant and Miscellanous problems from Arihant(50% will do) and also iitjee previous years questions.
